Order Cancellation Policy

• All orders placed on SMM QG website will receive an OTP on mobile / IVR call to confirm the order.
• Orders will be cancelled automatically within 48 working hours if order is not confirmed.
• Order received with wrong address or contact numbers are cancelled as soon as received.
• Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled 
• If a customer refused to take delivery each time, even after placing the order such customer orders are cancelled automatically.
• Customers who return orders after confirmation again and again, their orders will not be accepted.
